The Ancient World’s official Discord was closed on March 10th 2021 so that we could move towards a more traditional style of community engagement.

Discord servers often detract from the need to log into the game. And after a decade of TAW, we realized that modern Discord culture doesn’t mesh with the original vision of our world, where the community of The Ancient World exists primarily in the world itself.

Any Discord server claiming to represent TAW is unofficial and is unaffiliated with our Minecraft server.
